Hi everyone, and thanks for the warm welcome   Thanks for your messages on the OUCH (UK) site too Zaira, I’m sure many more English, Scottish, Welsh, Irish (whatever) will be visiting here.  Most of us are notoriously bad at other languages though so I'll apologise beforehand  

As I said, great new site – when I can work out all the graphics etc., I’ll try to personalise a bit more – I think it’s a great idea.  I see you’ve all got a similar sense of humour too – it must be a ‘cluster’ thing.

Ciau Luciano.  The genetic research into CH has been mooted and discussed in the UK but as far as I know is not a top priority at the moment    Lots of other research is being conducted though   and I’m currently compiling a database of all UK CH research so I’ll keep you all informed.

And Riccardo … ah, em, yes … I am looking forward to meeting you in Birmingham in June, but possibly you should give Bridget a kiss then yourself

Hi to all my Italian friends  

I apologise for my bad English but it is no way near as bad as my lousy Italian  

I have not posted here before although I do look in from time to time. It warms my heart to see you all supporting each other and pushing the boundaries of research and understanding of CH forward  

To answer Lucianos question about the Genetic research in the UK. Proff Tremblath has now taken it to the Medical Ethics Committee three times so we are hoping that it should start in the next month or so. We have already asked our members to volunteer and we are eager to catch up with our Italian Brothers & Sisters  

I am also glad to see that my friend Riccardo is still putting his foot in his mouth from time to time   He always has spent more time trying to kiss the ladies than paying attention. Don't worry Riccardo Peter May is a thoroughly nice chap and I am sure that you will try to sweet talk his good lady in the fullness of time
